Cornerstone knows that the journey doesn’t just end in adoption. We commit to walking with our families after adoption. For families who have fostered and adopted children placed with Cornerstone, we offer a range of post-adoption services. This includes access family support from on of our qualified social workers, access to a 24/7 emergency cover, and ongoing training among other.
