Our strong and highly professional team are responsive to the needs of all stakeholders and there is a great working relationship between our foster carers and adopters and their Cornerstone social workers, which is demonstrated in the high rate of carer and staff retention and this an attractive aspect of our recruitment message to prospective new families.
