Location: Anywhere in the UK. 3 out of 4 full, quarterly Board meetings are held in person, usually in York area. All interim meetings held remotely online.
Hours: Variable but anticipated as 1 to 3 days per month dependent on work programme/requests for support. Terms: Voluntary Remuneration: Volunteers; all expenses paid. Duration: Permanent appointment, but Cornerstone's Articles of Association restricts all trustees to retirement after 3 years, with re-appointment following at AGM. Location: Our expectation is that the individual would be located somewhere which allows him/her to offer in-person consultation to Cornerstone employees, contractors, volunteers, foster carers and adoptive parents where possible, most of whom are based in the Northeast/York/Yorkshire/Midlands.
Hours: Variable, but anticipated as 2 hours per month, dependent requests for support (and subject to ongoing review). Remuneration: Volunteer, all expenses paid. The postholder would be eligible for an annual honorarium, the amount of which would be decided upon by the Board of Trustees at the end of each calendar year served, and paid in recognition of the time and effort invested during that year.
